Verint[R] Systems Inc. announced that its Impact 360[R] Workforce Optimization (WFO) software from Verint[R] Witness Actionable Solutions[R] is now an SAP-endorsed business solution. Comprised of quality monitoring and recording, workforce management (WFM), performance management and eLearning software, the solution endorsed by SAP AG is complementary to SAP[R] software offerings, developed in accordance with SAP development guidelines, and provides additional choices and flexibility for businesses running SAP applications.
