Rebit Inc., the company dedicated to relieving the burden of backup for PC users, announced that Paul Guerin has been named chief executive officer (CEO) of the company, effective immediately. Mr. Guerin has succeeded Lew Frauenfelder, who has chosen to step down from day-to-day management and will continue to serve as chairman of Rebit's Board of Directors.
Mr. Guerin has more than 20 years of leadership experience with companies including IBM, Lotus, and GTSI Corporation.
