ActionView International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: AVEW) has received funding of $51,500 to further support the operations of its wholly owned MatchFights, LLC subsidiary. The funding was received in the form of payment for preferred stock issued as part of the acquisition of MatchFights by the company in August 2009 and will not require the issuance of new ActionView International, Inc. common stock shares.
