According to recent research from Madrid, Spain, "Ferroelectric (Na1/2Bi1/2)TiO3-BaTiO3 (BNT-BT) single perovskite thin films have been prepared, for the first time, by chemical solution deposition onto Pt/TiO2/SiO2/(100) Si substrates. A solution process has been developed for the preparation of precursor solutions."
