New York Life Insurance Company has announced that Gary J. Miller has been appointed head of Individual Policy Services, responsible for all life insurance and annuity services to policyholders. Mr. Miller is a senior vice president, reporting to Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, Frank M. Boccio.
As department head of Individual Policy Services (IPS), the company's largest department, Mr. Miller is now responsible for overseeing all IPS operations, including more than 2,400 customer service professionals who underwrite and issue policies, process premiums, pay claims, disburse benefits, and design service strategies - all in support of ...
