RightNow[R] Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:RNOW) announced results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009. Total revenue in the third quarter of 2009 was $38.7 million, compared to $36.2 million in the third quarter of 2008. Recurring revenue in the third quarter of 2009 increased 15% to $29.7 million from $25.9 million in the third quarter of 2008. Net income in the third quarter of 2009 was $2.0 million, or $0.06 per share, compared to a net loss of $(1.4) million, or $(0.04) per share, in the third quarter of 2008. Non-GAAP net income in the third quarter of 2009, which excludes stock-based compensation charges of $1.8 million, was $3.8 million, or $0.12 per share, ...
