Fitch Ratings has assigned a rating of 'AA+/F1+' to the $105,965,000 City and County of Denver, Colorado for and on behalf of its Department of Aviation, airport system revenue bonds, series 2009C. The 'AA+' long-term component of the rating is based jointly on the rating that Fitch has assigned to the airport system's revenue bonds (currently rated 'A+') and the support provided by an irrevocable, direct-pay letter of credit (LOC) issued by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association (currently rated 'AA-/F1+').
