Toshiba America Business Solutions Inc. (TABS) announced the recipients of the annual ProMasters Service Awards. The award serves to recognize dealers who provide their customers with exceptional technical support and customer service. This year, 79 dealers from the US, Latin and South America, and the Caribbean were recognized with either the ProMasters Service Award or the Top Achievement Award. The awards program was developed seventeen years ago with the aim of motivating and ensuring that the independent and direct channel dealers delivered the best customer service and technical expertise possible, on a consistent basis.
