Ifbyphone Inc. today launched Ifbyphone Version 3.1, which provides enhanced campaign management tools with customized call tracking reports and establishes a Reseller Portal for managing numerous accounts concurrently. The software also includes Web-based API testing and troubleshooting to help developers create links from in-house applications to Ifbyphone services.
