RTI International Metals, Inc., (NYSE: RTI), announced a new operational management structure. Three existing members of the RTI management team will assume newly created positions: David Hall will serve as Senior Vice President - Integrated Value Chain; Richard Dean will serve as Vice President - Fabrication Operations; and Lou Bartlo will serve as Vice President - Titanium Production.
