Weaver, Davis & Jacob (WDJ) Realty Group, a full-service commercial real estate company specializing in mixed-use property development, announced that UT Physicians, the medical group practice of The University of Texas Medical School at Houston, has entered into a lease agreement for 8,882 square feet with plans to expand to 24,000 square feet at Sienna Village in Missouri City, TX.
