Chromcraft Revington, Inc. (NYSE Amex:CRC) announced that its Board of Directors has determined to reduce the size of the Company's board effective December 31, 2009. The number of directors will be decreased from seven to five.
Two independent directors, Jack Hesse and Craig Stokely, have elected to retire from the board at the end of the 2009 fiscal year.
Commenting on the change, Chairman Ron Butler said, "The board believed that it was appropriate to decrease the number of directors of the Company given the Company's current size, as well as to reduce costs.
