CIVIL servants will have to "get out more" if Edwina Hart becomes the next First Minister, Finance Minister Andrew Davies has pledged.
Reform of the civil service will be a priority for a Hart administration, Mr Davies told the Western Mail.
Promising that Government staff will have to spend more time outside their headquarters working with organisations to improve performance, he said: "It means civil servants will have to get out of Cathays Park and elsewhere."
