IWAS shopping in the supermarket earlier this month when I saw a harassed mother with two young girls demanding practically everything they saw.
So when we both arrived at the end of the vegetable aisle, there was the inevitable "Mummy, there's the pumpkin I want for Halloween, can I have it?" The mother calmly said that Halloween wasn't for a few weeks yet and that they would get one nearer the time.
The young girl then said "but what if somebody takes mine?" and started with a tirade of whinging. I quickly turned the aisle ...
