WITH her face covered in horrific burns and painful blisters, she looks like the victim of a terrible fire.
But Zoe Vernon, 22, suffered these agonising injuries when she used a popular home hair dye kit.
She had to be taken to hospital by ambulance after suffering a severe allergic reaction to the [pounds sterling]3.29 hair dye from Boots.
Doctors put the call centre worker on an intravenous drip in a burns unit and told her they were the worst burns they had seen from a hair dye.
Miss Vernon spent three days in hospital recovering from her ordeal and still has blurred vision in one eye.
