VimpelCom founder could become Saab co-owner - Swedish newspaper
MOSCOW. Oct 27 (Interfax) - Dmitry Zimin, the founder of Russian "big three" mobile operator VimpelCom (RTS: VIMP), is one of the main owners in Koenigsegg Group AB, which is preparing to acquire automaker Saab from General Motors, the Swedish business daily Dagens Industri reported.
Citing the business plan for Saab, the newspaper reported that "financist Ogi Fabela and his Russian partner, Dmitry Zimin, are the main owners in Dutch Solsken BV, which owns a controlling stake in Koenigsegg Group."
