Baked cereal bars, often filled with fruits and grains, are a popular choice for breakfast on the run. But how does the nutrition in these bars compare to a healthy breakfast?

Looks can be deceiving when it comes to these snack bars. Many baked cereal bars we surveyed contain as many calories, and as much fat, sugar and sodium as a frosted Pop-Tart (one Strawberry Pop-Tart contains 200 calories, 5 grams fat and 17 grams sugar).
