China is making major efforts to increase national and global awareness of the ideas of Confucius (551-470 BCE), which are being applied to business and political leadership as part of a long-standing and influential philosophical tradition.
As a scholar, philosopher, teacher, academic leader, and government minister, Confucius was naturally concerned with leadership and deliberated about it deeply.
