VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Oct 30, 2009 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Further to the news releases of Selkirk Metals Corp. ("Selkirk") (TSX VENTURE:SLK) dated July 27, September 15, October 6 and October 27, 2009, the special meeting of Selkirk's shareholders was held on Friday, October 30, 2009 to vote in respect of the proposed merger with Imperial Metals Corporation ("Imperial") (TSX:III) by way of Plan of Arrangement (the "Arrangement").
