WASHINGTON, Sept. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Neopost, the developer of the first electronic postage meter, received approval today from the United States Postal Service (USPS) to begin beta testing PC Stamp(TM). It is the first in a line of new PC and Internet-based products by Neopost that enable small and home offices to print postage from their PCs.
