CVD Equipment announced that SuperPower, Inc. reported it took delivery of a second Reel-to-Reel MOCVD deposition system for the production of its second-generation high temperature superconductor (2G HTS) wire that is being provided to organizations around the world for application to products in the fields of energy and medical technologies, transportation, science and research, space, military and general industry.
