ING Groep NV, the bank and insurer that plans to raise 7.5 billion euros ($11.1 billion) in a rights offering, appointed 19 banks to oversee the share sale.

Goldman Sachs Group Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co. and ING itself will manage the sale, while Credit Suisse Group AG, Deutsche Bank AG, HSBC Holdings Plc, Morgan Stanley, Citigroup Inc., Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc and UBS AG will assist, ING said in a document sent to Bloomberg News today.
