THE Cebu Energy Development Corp. (CEDC) has agreed to terms with the Visayan Electric Co. (Veco) for the supply of 105 megawatts (MW) of power from its coal-fired power plants being constructed in Toledo City in western Cebu.

CEDC president Jesus Alcordo said the power sharing will start as soon as the first of three 85 MW units of their power plant comes on-stream by the first quarter of next year. The remaining units are also set to go on full operation by the latter part of 2010.
