MANAMA: Batelco's net profit increased by 1.5 per cent to BD79.5 million ($210.9m) in the first nine months of this year, it was announced yesterday.
"This was equivalent to earnings per share of 55.2 fils," Batelco chairman Shaikh Hamad bin Abdulla Al Khalifa said at the company's board meeting.
"Our operations in Bahrain and across the region by end of September this year, contributed to a turnover of BD256.2 million," he said.
