NEW YORK - Suppliers in the sports nutrition category are offering a growing number of technologically advanced products for workout enthusiasts, contributing to increasing consumer demand for nutritional supplements in general.
"The technology is moving fairly quickly," says Amerifit director of product development and research Craig Larsen. "But most of what is being marketed now has research behind it dating back a decade or more."
