Moshe Mosbacher, the acting president of the Diamond Dealers Club of New York, and Ronald Friedman, president of the Diamond Manufacturers Association of America, gave their insights into the state of the diamond market, particularly large diamonds, in speeches delivered at the Rapaport International Diamond Conference in New York in September.
