The Chicago InterAlumni Council (CIAC) of the College Fund/ UNCF held an alumni recognition brunch in honor of its founder, James E. Stamps, at Honey Suckles Restaurant in the Windy City.
Stamps, who was elected the first president of the National Federation of General Alumni Associations of UNCF--now called the National Alumni Council--founded the organization in 1944.
