The receivers for the Solara orchards near Loxton say there has already been strong interest from potential buyers.
David McEvoy from PricewaterhouseCoopers says the property is up for sale because it is a Timbercorp scheme, despite the land and trees being owned by a separate entity.
He says the Kangara orchards at Murtho are also likely to be on the market soon.
