Dhaka, Oct 29 (UNB) - Visiting French Deputy Prime Minister Jean-Louis Borloo Thursday said Bangladesh as one of the worst sufferers of climate change should take the lead in the Copenhagen Climate Change Conference to be held in December.
"As the Copenhagen (summit) is approaching, there is a real need for Bangladesh to take up the moral leadership in climate negotiations, as it experiences all kinds of difficulties and hardships," Borloo told reporters at a joint briefing at state guesthouse Padma.
