Chairman's Statement
The results for the six months to 31 July 2009 were achieved in some of the
most difficult trading conditions the Company has faced to date. Despite this
we have significantly expanded the business both organically and by
acquisition. Turnover in the period rose, as did gross profit and the progress
made should translate into a much improved performance in the second half and
