November 2, 2009 (FinancialWire) -- Cymer, Inc. (NASDAQ: CYMI) has appointed Paul B. Bowman as senior vice president and chief financial officer and secretary. He has served as Cymer's interim CFO since December 2008.
Bowman joined the company as VP of investor relations in May 2008. Prior to joining Cymer, he served for two years as the CFO of American Mold Guard.
San Diego-based Cymer is engaged in developing light sources used by chipmakers to pattern advanced semiconductor chips.
