COME SUMMER, I move a number of my houseplants outdoors. Now that it's fall, though, it's time to think about bringing them back inside - and the challenges and solutions of re-acclimating plants to the great indoors. Here's what to consider:

For starters, when we relocate houseplants outdoors, even if it's under the shade of a huge oak tree, the intensity of the light the plant receives can be significantly higher than what it receives indoors.
