Monomoy Capital Partners, the New York-based private equity fund, bought the assets and operations of Nypro Chihuahua, S. De R. L. De C.V. from Nypro, Inc., based in Mexico.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed and the PE firm declined to identify them. However, this marks the 25th investment coming out of Monomoy's $280 million fund.
