DENVER-Motivity Solutions Inc. here and Xerox Mortgage Services have partnered to improve the process of originating FHA loans.
With the dramatic rise in FHA lending, Motivity Solutions and Xerox Mortgage Services will combine their FHA tools -Movation's FHA SafeGuard, which ensures that loans are compliant and in sync with FHA's systems, and Xerox Mortgage Services' new FHA electronic case binder, which manages the imaged-based loan delivery process to FHA online through the BlitzDocs Collaboration Suite.
