Switzerland-based baked goods company Aryzta AG is looking for private funds via Banc of America Securities Merrill Lynch, sources said. The currency of the deal was still being decided as of Friday, but some sources quoted the size of the deal as being in the 70 million euro ($105 million) area.
The NAIC-2 company is seeking longer-dated maturities of 12-, 15-, and 20-years. Price talk is currently in the 200 basis points over Treasurys area, and the deal is expected to price early next week.
