A TRUTH in Black and White is a unique collaboration between Jonathan Freemantle and Ezra Mabengeza. The two young, worldly and talented artists have teamed up after a chance encounter in a trendy London pub.
Inspired by different backgrounds and rooted in a shared vision and aesthetic sensibilities, it reflects what a shared artistic as well as socio-political vision of post-apartheid South Africa can translate into. After a first, hugely successful show in Edinburgh in November last year, the exhibition has also travelled to London and New York.
