HOUSTON, Nov. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Amerex Energy Services, the commercial and industrial energy consulting division of Amerex Brokers LLC, announces that it has combined the personnel and operations of CETX Energy Agency with those of its own, under the terms of an Asset Purchase Agreement that closed effective November 1, 2009.
CETX will continue to operate and provide client service and support as before to its customers in Texas, under the leadership of Phyllis Anzalone, with the additional benefit of having access to Amerex's wholesale market and retail expertise.
