SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 25, 1998--Catellus Development Corp. (NYSE:CDX) confirmed that San Francisco Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr. announced at a press conference today that the necessary legislation for approval of the Mission Bay Project was introduced to the Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco yesterday.
It was also announced that hearings on this legislation have been scheduled. This includes a hearing on September 17, 1998 for Certification of the Final Subsequent Environmental Impact Report, which is one of a series of hearings anticipated to occur before year-end, for completion of the entitlement process.
