GREAT NECK, N.Y. -- Parker Waichman Alonso LLP announces that they have filed a lawsuit against GlaxoSmithKline and Proctor & Gamble on behalf of an Iowa woman who was diagnosed with neuropathy attributed to the use of Super PoliGrip([R])and Fixodent([R])denture adhesive creams.
According to her complaint, Shawn Renay Rankin, 48, received dentures several years ago, and has used Super PoliGrip([R])and Fixodent([R]). Ms. Rankin stopped using the denture adhesive creams in March 2009 after she was diagnosed with neuropathy. Ms. Rankin's lawsuit alleges that because of her use of Super PoliGrip([R]) and Fixodent([R]), she ingested excessive amounts of zinc, which ...
