Nov 02, 2009 (The Australian Financial Review - ABIX via COMTEX) -- Some $A3bn of Chinese money has been invested in Western Australia in 2009. This is quickly building a physical presence in Perth, with almost a doubling of Chinese coming to the city for business purposes since 2005. Many Chinese companies have opened regional offices in Perth. Australian resource companies admit they are riding a big wave of Chinese investment.
