Susan M. Prokop of Algonquin The family and friends of Susan M. Prokop, 58, will meet for funeral services at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2, at Faith Community Church, 10547 Faiths Way, Huntley. The Rev. Bruce Cole will officiate, Burial will follow in Windridge Memorial Park Cemetery, Cary. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, at the church. Born Aug. 27, 1951, in Chicago, she died Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2009, at her home, after a courageous battle with cancer.
