Horsfall & Fipps, a Eugene CPA firm, says it has acquired Carter & Carter Tax Services from Carter & Carter Financial.
The members of the Carter & Carter tax team that are joining Horsfall & Fipps are Dan Stewart, Stephanie Wilson and Sue Jordan.
Carter & Carter Financial will continue to focus on their primary services, investment management and financial planning, according to President Charlene Carter.
