Habitat for Humanity of Springfield and Eugene has hired Tim Armstrong as its ReStore director. He formerly worked as a consultant with nonprofit organizations and taught business development at Clackamas Community College's Business Development Center. The Habitat ReStore, which will open in December at 1210 Oak Patch Road, in Eugene, will sell new and used donated building materials to the public. Profits from the ReStore will be used to help Habitat build homes in the area. Habitat has also hired Vikki Stea as volunteer coordinator.
