Junior Achievement of Delaware (JA) is proud to announce that Dian C. Taylor, president and CEO of Artesian Resources Corp., and Craig A. Rogerson, president, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Chemtura are the 2009 inductees into the Delaware Business Leaders Hall of Fame.
