India to set up Suez industrial zone India's Minister of Industry and Commerce Anand Sharma and Egypt's Minister of Trade Rachid Mohamed Rachid signed an agreement last week to establish an Indian Industrial Zone in the Suez development area. The zone is expected to give Indian entrepreneurs better access to European/North American markets in a low tax area, while bringing Indian expertise -- particularly in the development of SME's -- to Egypt.
