HOLDEN John V. Hanks, Sr., 82, of River Street, died surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 in UMass Memorial Healthcare, Worcester.
He leaves his former wife with whom he lived, Charlotte A. Grant; two sons, John Hanks, Jr. of Palm Beach, Florida and Michael Hanks of Barre; a daughter, Marie (Hanks) Lapoint of North Carolina; two step-sons, Paul and John Grady both of Holden; five step-daughters, Colleen Grady of Arizona, Mondine McLear of Paxton, Dawn Ordung of Holden, Bridget Feroci of Sterling and Anne Feltquate of New Jersey; a sister, Sister Agnes Hanks from the Order of St. Ann of Marlborough; many grandchildren; and nieces and ...
