BOSTON & SAN FRANCISCO -- SV Life Sciences ("SVLS") today announced the appointment of two new venture partners, Patrick T. Ryan and James C. Wachtman, both of whom will be based in the firm's Boston office. Their addition strengthens SVLS's expertise in health care services.
Pat Ryan has been in the health care services field since 1980, and was previously Managing Director of Clark Street Ventures LLC. He is the Chairman of the Board of Broadlane, a leading provider of cost management solutions to the hospital, nursing home and the outpatient service markets, and is on the Advisory Board of Ferrer, Freeman and Company.
