Internet retailer sees 12% increase in customer time on site

BOULDER, Colo., Nov. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- DrillSpot.com closed out October with year-to-date sales up 39% over 2008, amounting to an additional $2.4 million in revenue.

The sales increase was due to a quickly growing conversion rate, which last month improved 5.28% over September and 20% over July. While year-to-date traffic increased only slightly, the number of orders placed on DrillSpot.com in October was 30% higher than October 2008, meaning more relevant traffic is reaching the site than before.
