o Ablynx NV, of Ghent, Belgium, said it reached a settlement with Cambridge, UK-based Domantis Ltd. (now part of GlaxoSmithKline plc), concerning an alleged dispute relating to the companies' 2005 agreement. Under the new agreement, Ablynx has received a license to the European Winter II patent, which lay at the center of the dispute, and will pay Domantis low, single-digit royalties on the first five nanobody products that reach commercialization.
