o Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc., of San Diego, said underwriters exercised in full their overallotment option to purchase 862,500 shares of common stock in connection with the public offering priced April 4 at $15.50 per share. The overallotment brings the total shares offered to 6.6 million and brought in proceeds to Acadia of about $96.1 million. Banc of America Securities Inc. and Lehman Brothers Inc. served as the book-running managers, with Deutsche Bank Securities serving as co-lead manager and Piper Jaffray & Co., JMP Securities LLC and Rodman & Renshaw LLC acting as co-managers.
